In my experience as a Project Manager I have accomplished the following:
Mapped current critical business processes in an effort to establish a comprehensive understanding of departmental inputs and outputs, their triggers as well as their links to other departmental business and informational requirements.
Worked with process owners to facilitate cross-functional cooperation in creating workflow and reducing redundancy.
Mapped future business processes in an effort to create a clear definition of how a business should run utilizing enterprise level, service management software.
Documented functional requirements assisting chosen vendors in developing their product to fit critical business needs as quickly as possible.
Currently, I am looking for a position as a Project Manager in an IT Help Center. I can coordinate and manage interdepartmental projects involving Support Process and Procedures related to IT. The projects I have managed have related to software planning, support, and implementation. The majority of them have been focused entirely on customer relations, customer support, and the coordination of support related issue resolution and process. Supporting the customer is my forte’. I have a well-developed customer advocacy attitude that is balanced with the goals and objectives of the businesses I serve.
I have also served as an
internal consultant to departments as new processes are developed and
implemented to ensure efficiency and promotion of communication.
